I have heard this being said more times than I can remember by job test candidates. The problem is down to the fact most people get to the test centre unprepared.

You need to go through these steps to register for free online SHL tests, take the tests and see how well you do to appreciate what you are likely to face in a real life test situation.

Verbal tests are designed to measure your ability to understand written information and to evaluate arguments about this information. You are never to make assumptions. Your reasoning has to come from the passage in front of you. Click here for sample verbal reasoning questions 

Numerical tests are designed to assess your understanding of tables of statistical and numerical data as well as your ability to make logical deductions.

After going through the above practice questions, let’s see how you fare with full length real life test questions.

But before you start you need to register first. As new users we need to click on register now and complete the details and agree to the data protection notice on the following page and click continue.

On the next page you will be required to provide additional info of age, gender, race etc or ignore by clicking the buttons prefer not to answer and click NEXT.

Next is your background info. Fill it properly. The complexity of your test will be determined by your highest educational accomplishment. Click CONTINUE.

This takes you to your first test page. This is called a session and you will have a session ID like this: Session ID 154621042379544656. You will also see the time you are required to take the test. As soon as the time is up, the testing will automatically shut down. Yeah, that is how it works.(19mins for 30 questions!)

Click on take Assessment to start your session and see how well you will perform. You can also take test for Numerical assessment here
