We are an epayment company with license to operate as a Terminal Provider in Nigeria. We are currently recruiting competent, smart and hardworking people to hold various positions within our enviable company.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Service

Ref: 016
Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• Serves customers by providing information; resolving service problems.
• Must be a female fresh graduate, which has satisfactorily completed NYSC.

Major Duties

• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Qualifications/Skills

• Customer Service, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening; Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing information, Multi-tasking.
