NDDC Scholarship Screening: What to Expect in terms of Sample questions

Since the NDDC scholarship text message were sent for the screening taking place between 3rd and 4th July, we have been inundated with inquiries about what  questions candidates for the scholarship exams should be expecting.

Frankly we do not know. It would have meant the NDDC scholarship programmes screening wasn’t transparent . But we did make some findings and interviewed a couple of people who had done NDDC Scholarship interview in previous years. We bring the quotes to you and hope that there will be no deviation in pattern in this year's asseessment.

“I did the Scholarship interview last year. We were asked current affairs questions, then some were asked to mention the oil producing Local Government Areas (LGA's) in their state. Also, some were asked why they intend to study their desired course of study. Some were also asked to mention the Senator and House of Representatives member representing their LGA/Senatorial zone and some were even asked to name their L.G.A legislator in their State House of Assembly”

That was for the Scholarship screening. What about the Test itself.

“Basically the exam was about current affairs for one session and your own field of study for the second session. The Test is computer based and as soon as you click finish, your scores will be displayed on your screen. No mago mago there”

We advise our readers not to focus too much on the result of this inquiry but also be ready for any changes that they might face.
