The company is currently setting up its call centre in the central part of Nigeria and will be recruiting young graduates from Plateau, Kaduna, Abuja, Kano, Niger, Kogi and nearby states
Job Description
As Call Centre Representative you will perform all official duties assigned to you by the Regional Technical Officer of the Company as the case may be. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally. .
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Enter customer information.
• Process orders, forms and applications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints and provide customers with product and services information.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Obtain possible customer leads.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Requirement
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills; type a minimum of 25 wpm; basic arithmetic skills required, i.e. calculating taxes
• Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing call center work environment
• Must be fully flexible to work shifts within our operating hours
Qualification
• Have the ability to think and assimilate very fast.
• Be pleasant; calm and tolerable.
• Be smart and well groomed.
• Hold a degree from any reputable university/Institution.
• Be fluent and sound in both written and spoken English.
• Posses a good listener with good inter-personal communication skill.
• Must be a good problem-solver and love challenges.
