Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lagos

Role Requirements

• Working for a major IT, Telco and BSG organisation the successful candidate will be based in Nigeria or Ghana. The successful candidate would also assume the role and requirement as recruitment executive, working with approved agencies to fulfill any hiring requirement which may arise for Africa Region.

Experience - Essential

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as at an HR Advisor Level for 150+ people in an outsource business environment or 3-4years experience as an HR Advisor for 150+ FTE.
• Use of a personnel management system
• Completing all applicable External / Internal audits successfully
• Management and maintenance of HR policy documents
• Training out HR policy documents to colleagues within a business environment
• Coaching and developing HR personnel and staff from other departments as required to meet the HR needs within a business centre
• Good demonstrable working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• CIPMN Qualified.
