Job Title: Analyst Mission Analysis Administration

Location: Lagos, NG

Job Summary
Champion effective implementation and management of enterprise-wide mission alignment dashboard and manage interface between EMTS and the mission alignment dashboard consultant.

Principal Functions

• Facilitate the documentation of SMART measures of success with mission owners.
• Support dashboard owners to develop well-articulated mission statements.
• Support dashboard owners to develop Mission Status Reports (MSRs).
• Facilitate interventions/initiatives to address red flag areas.
• Serve as first point of contact for dashboard related issues.
• Support dashboard owners in defining mission statements, objectives and targets on an annual basis.
• Ensure measures of success are SMART and phased into available milestones.
• Validate and ensure timely upload of SMART measures of success on the dashboard.
• Collate data for actual performance and ensure timely upload on the dashboard.
• Support dashboard owners to develop their mission status reports.
• Facilitate implementation of priority action items and track progress to closure.
• Liaises with the dashboard vendors to ensure prompt and sustainable resolution of all dashboard related issues.
• Train and support new dashboard users
• Develop, track and maintain monthly measures of success data warehouse
• Coordinate the quarterly mission status review meetings.

Educational Requirements       

• Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in sciences or business related course

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Minimum of one (1) of two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
• Preferred training/certification in Project Management
