Job Title: Fleet Officer

Location: Nationwide

Job Description

• The successful candidate reports the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory of store items and servicing parts.
• Carry out analysis of fleet management software as well as fuel management and the vehicle's tracking system.
• Manage drivers and safeguard fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance in line with stated policies and guidelines and write report on the fleet activities.
• Ensure the vehicles and divers are properly inspected in accordance with stated procedure and conduct regular check on their operation.
• Maintain daily logs of vehicle breakdown, maintenance problems and accidents as well as design checklists for proper maintenance of the project vehicles. 

Qualifications

• He/She must possess a first degree (B.Sc/HND) in Engineering or Social Sciences.
• He/She must have strong quantitative, qualitative and numerical skills.
• He/She must have at least 1-2 years' working experience in similar field.
