A University Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper) or a 2nd Class Lower with a Masters Degree.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Any candidate on behalf of whom external intervention is sought will be automatically disqualified. Candidates should not be more than thirty (30) years old and must possess verifiable birth certificates. A sworn affidavit is not acceptable. Candidates must have completed their National Youth Service (NYSC). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an advantage.

Functions:
(1) SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING Geo-Sciences, Environmental Science, Physics/Nuclear Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cartography, Bio-chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Maritime Science, Agricultural Science.
(2) FOREIGN LANGUAGES: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, German.
(3) POLITICAL SCIENCE, LIBERAL ARTS and HUMANITIES: Economics, Statistics, Geography, Law, International Relations and Diplomacy.
