Dangote Cement Plc Fresh Graduate Recruitment - Management Trainee Programme (Engineering)

DANGOTE CEMENT PLC a member of Dangote group of companies owned by billionaire business man, one of the richest men in Africa, seeks to recruit fresh graduates under the programme tagged: The Dangote group has companies as Dangote cement, Dangote flour, Dangote Sugar etc. The cement company mainly had been into importation and rebagging in Nigeria but it now also has a cement factory at Obajana for indigenous cement production.

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE PROGRAMME
The company is inviting applications from suitably qualified applicants for graduate engineering trainees who hold first class or distinction in their BSc or MSc programmes in the following disciplines:

1. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
2. CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
4. ELECTRONICS/ INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING
5. MINING ENGINEERING

The selected candidates would be made to undergo 18 months of intensive training programe, to hone their skills in their respective disciplines. The ideal candidates will be fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years experience
The training programme will equip the candidates with the special skills in their respective discipline, to enable them to take up challenges by starting on a higher level.

The selection process would be through test, group discussions and interviews.
